We stopped by Grand Falls on our way from St. John to Quebec City. The falls were running on the low side due to the time of year and lack of recent rains. The gorge itself is very impressive. The falls still make quite a roar despite being the off season. I’d still recommend stopping by even in the summer though spring is likely the best time to visit.

Grand Falls Waterfalls in New Brunswick is an absolute natural marvel that leaves you in awe. I recently visited this picturesque location, and it exceeded all my expectations. The sight of the cascading waterfalls is simply breathtaking, as the powerful rush of water tumbles down the rugged cliffs. The sheer magnitude of the falls is mesmerizing. The surrounding lush greenery and sheer cliffs add to the beauty and make it a photographer's paradise. The sound of rushing water creates a soothing ambiance, making it a perfect spot to relax and connect with nature. I highly recommend a visit to Grand Falls Waterfalls for an unforgettable experience.

This waterfall is usually not as impressive because NB Power diverts the water to an underground tunnel. But this year, it looks like they are managing the falls differently. They are very impressive and you can walk along the trails of the gorge. Very often missed by travelers to the region, an influx of tourism is reviving interest in this natural wonder. I highly recommend that you stay in Grand Falls and spend a day exploring this place.

We stopped here because of other reviews, and so happy we did! Beautiful sight and nice pit stop. There were many vehicles & ample parking. There are picnic tables & trees for shade on grassy part. You can walk around the building for different views, there weren't many people at the side when we stopped.
Clean bathrooms and gift shop inside.

The falls were really full for the time of year as there’d been so much rain. Apparently in late summer there’s usually just a dribble.
Saw the falls from every angle and both sides.
The zipline looked hairy, scary and wasn’t for us!

If you are on the nearby highway, the waterfalls at Grand Falls make for an interesting break. We stopped by and took in the views of the falls, not the highest or largest but definitely worth a visit. We spent about an hour looking around, there is a car park and cafe.

Inclement weather prevented us from getting the full Grand Falls experience, but we were able to enjoy the viewing platforms overseeing this beautiful waterfall. I think the weather kept many tourists away and we had the opportunity to enjoy the falls in peace and quiet. The sound of the rushing water diving 75 feet was magnificent.
Would recommend visiting.

We had heard about the falls but were not sure if it would be worth the stop. We are so glad we took the time to visit. The falls were amazing. Very impressive and beautiful. There is a wonderful visitor center and the staff was friendly and helpful. The exhibits are interesting and very well done. If you can, take the time to go.

With a town called Grand Falls, you expect to see exactly that. Well you will. The falls are pretty cool and you can go inside the visiter center and learn more about it. Also check out the 2 former bridge abutments next to the current bridge that crossed the river. You can see the eveolution of bridge building.
