This is not the easiest place to find, either online or in person, but when you do it is totally worth it. My wife loves waterfalls so we make it a point to find them when travelling and this one did not disappoint.
If you are driving to Maghera beach from Ardara you can't miss this beautiful waterfall almost at the side of the road. Stop your car, get out, stretch your legs and admire this beautiful piece of nature
Not far from the lovely village of Ardara, along a quiet beautiful drive is this amazingly beautiful waterfall, one of the highest waterfalls in Ireland. There's a small parking space, and a little bridge nearby. It's both peaceful and exhilarating.
Heading from Ardara to killybegs in Co. Donegal, about a mile outside of town, there is a right hand turn which will eventually take you to Maghera beach, the waterfall is on this road, you can't miss it.
