This is not the easiest place to find, either online or in person, but when you do it is totally worth it. My wife loves waterfalls so we make it a point to find them when travelling and this one did not disappoint. Signage off...More

Waterfall on road to maghera beach and caves. It is pretty but coming from an area of northern Ireland with one of the best waterfalls I found it disappointing. Worth seeing if on the road.

A was a slight detour on our way south to Malin Beg but the waterfall is quite impressive and the views around are serene and still apart from the water gushing down the waterfall.

A beautiful, just off the beaten path stop not very far from where we were staying in Ardara. Great place for pictures.

Great waterfall especially after heavy rain. Room to stop and view the waterfall. Great place to have a picnic.

If you are driving to Maghera beach from Ardara you can't miss this beautiful waterfall almost at the side of the road. Stop your car, get out, stretch your legs and admire this beautiful piece of nature

A peaceful waterfall in County Donegal was a nice surprise to stumble upon near the town Ardara. Further down the narrow road you will find the beach and caves.

You can't avoid this waterfall when you go to the caves. Beside the waterfall are the ashes of a lady who died too early, and who just really enjoyed this place.

Absolutely breathtaking. Got a great day for it, too, so were extra 🍀 lucky. Look out for the dragonflies.

Not far from the lovely village of Ardara, along a quiet beautiful drive is this amazingly beautiful waterfall, one of the highest waterfalls in Ireland. There's a small parking space, and a little bridge nearby. It's both peaceful and exhilarating.

Heading from Ardara to killybegs in Co. Donegal, about a mile outside of town, there is a right hand turn which will eventually take you to Maghera beach, the waterfall is on this road, you can't miss it.
