Great bar

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and nice drinks ... very easy to find. Recommended by the Falls hotel. Shame they didn't have live music.

This was by far my favourite pub experience while visiting pretty much all of County Clare. So much character in this place it could be very overwhelming, but we loved it. Our group of five managed to be more or less the only ones in on an early Saturday evening. Also, the best pint of Guinness I had in my... More

Bet pub in Clare. With loads of photos of "Fr.Ted" a old tv comedy program that never gets old. Great pub for music, drinks, craic and maybe a bit of history from the owner himself eughene. Best place to go. If visiting Clare you Have to visit this pub in Ennistymon.

What a lovely unique pub. Pity about the extremely rude and most ignorant bar man/owner. Would not recommend this pub to anyone. We visited the pub on a family outing and had our 11month old baby with us. When placing our order for 2teas 1 coffee and 1 alcoholic beverage the bar man/owner very rudely looked over at the baby... Real nice pub with great service, served by owner all evening, a very nice baby friendly man who runs a tight ship - really nice clientele and great Guinness 👍👍

This bar shows the love that has obviously lavished on it. Smallish and quite cosy, it's choc-a-block full of interesting things to look at and talk about. Lovely lady serving when we were there.

This bar is located on the main road in Ennistymon , brightly yellow with some detail running down the sides . It is also the place that is commonly known as The Father Ted pub. I will confess I am not a Father Ted fan, I've seen a lot of episodes but wouldn't say it is that funny. Despite my... More

Cold afternoon, visiting friends in Clare, thought we'd have a Bailey's Coffee as the toddler was asleep in the buggy. We were refused entry despite the fact that it was practically empty, because we had a buggy. No loss, we went to The Falls Hotel instead and it was lovely there.
