We only came because it was raining further north!

The building itself is interesting, the views are very good. One of the staff took time to explain a few things in English

An impressive building in a beautiful part of the country. This is highly religious Catholic sanctuary. Not only is the setting and architecture of the building impressive, but the interior is breath taking. This is a 'must visit' if you are in this region of Spain.

The Sanctuary of Torreciudad is very tranquil. A place worth for pilgrimage. Daily, a lot of pilgrims from different countries visit the place. Masses are celebrated daily. There are always priests available for confession. This is the only Marian Sanctuary, as far as I know, where various images of Mary can be seen. If you have not yet visited the place, do not hesitate to do it now.

Never expected such superb views at this peaceful Sanctuary. Ideal for spiritual retreats and events. Learnt about St Jose Maria Escriva and how he was inspired to rebuild this amazing sanctuary. We had a friendly guide, Daniel, who spoke English and was so kind to give us a private tour around, really appreciated!

Awesome place to spend a few days, lots of activities that can be done on the surroundings. Really good place to pray, meditate, and have some peace of mind. 10/10 would come again.

This sanctuary was totally unknown to me, my wife suggested a visit here. It was so peaceful, and the spiritual comfort permeated the entire location. The surrounding mountains and lake added to the experience

Santuario de Torreciudad is a very big religious building located in the middle of nowhere. In fact, it is located in a mountain, 20 km far the little town called Graus. It is an enormous monument dedicated to Escrivà de Balaguer, the founder of Opus Dei and it is a place, where it is explained the life of this man.
For me (I am not religious), it is an interesting place, where you can see very beautiful views of the surroundings and you can visit a curious modern monument, which seems a monument of past times. I recommend you visit the crypt and the main building, both are very interesting and beautiful.
On the other hand, I do not like the religious connotations (and the Opus Dei connotations) of this monument. Moreover, we arrived here the previous day of the Marian journeys and people seems crazy to prepare all complex.
So, very interesting the visit, but too religious.

Superb days with friends for study and rest in La Solana, one of the two residences in Torreciudad.
The sanctuary is wonderful, and there is an incredible atmosphere of peace and pray.
