It's a joy to find a dog friendly beach with no restrictions. Simply beautiful sands enjuyed by us and our happy Lhas Apso. National Trust so free parking for us members-A bonus !

Regular haunt in the summers when I lived in the area 40 years ago. Glad to say hasn't changed. Beautifully clean beach - excellent (if pricy) parking. Great place for a quiet early autumn walk.

Great day out. There is a cafe close by for food and drink. Best of all there are some public toilets in walking distance, which were kept as clean as possible bearing in mind they are public and by the sea!! Quite a large beach...More

Tranquil,beautiful setting very clean overlooking Snowdon in the distance. A hidden gem of a place.Not crowded which suited us and a dog walkers paradise.Great walks around on the headland

Very good for skim boarding. No waves here goo to hells mouth for that. Which is the other side of the peninsula.

Gwynedd Council's website state that this beach is dog friendly except between Easter and the end of Summer...but in any case all dogs should be on a lead.
