Guided by our very knowledgeable and passionate guide Pat, it was really quite an experience. We were lucky with the weather though it was extremely windy. I would not advised this location for young kids as the wind is so strong it could litteraly blown them away.

Like another reviewer on here, I was quite disappointed when Pat was a no show. I reserved a place online and received a confirmation email, which did not request or imply that any follow up was needed on our part. We showed up on time and waited around for about 20 minutes before checking in the pub across the street.... More

We took the hike on the last Sunday of October 2016.....and the weather was beautiful. Pat is a wonderful guide who is genuinely passionate about his home area. The views are one of a kind and the walk is truly amazing. Don't miss this.

So glad we decided to do this four hour hike with Pat Sweeney--easily one of the best experiences we had in Ireland! Not only were the views breathtaking, but Pat was a fantastic guide and had great stories/an intimate knowledge of the cliffs having grown up there. The tour started at 10 AM, which was very reasonable and we had... More

The walk along the spectacular coast is a true gift to be able to experience. From dizzying heights, the surf crashes below, while remnants of history clutter the hills above. Wear strong footwear, a hood, and take your time; prepare to breathe deeply, and calmly, as this Nature, to be felt deeply, and favored.

This was by far the best part of our trip to Ireland. Outstanding, one of a kind views of the cliffs. Tony, our guide, filled our hike with natural and historical facts as well as more personal stories of the community. Thank you so much!! --Anna and Alex

If you plan on visiting the cliffs, this is a must-do. Three hours of breathtaking scenery and storytelling from Pat Sweeney. It's worth the trip from anywhere in Ireland. Make sure you finish the trip with a drink back down at a pub in Doolin! Highlight of our trip to Ireland!!

We went on the cliff walk with Pat Sweeney while we were in Doolin on our honeymoon. It was, by far, the most memorable experience of our entire visit to Ireland. Pat's incredible knowledge, love, and pride of the Cliffs of Moher is unmatched and very evident when he's talking about it. There is truly no better way to explore... More

Our guide, Tony, was amazing. We had 3 kids, aged 4, 7 and 9, on the walk and Tony was so great with all of them making sure everybody stayed safe. We learned all about the cliffs, had a great hike, saw amazing views. Would highly recommend this to anybody who is visiting Ireland.
