THE BEST WINERY & STAFF IN THE NIAGARA REGION

I have been a HUGE supporter of Vieni since it opened. I have brought many a group in for different reasons but this visit was extra special as it was a visit to celebrate an engagement! When we arrived we were instructed to go into the room to the left and sit at the bar, however, we were told a bus group was soon to arrive. There was some confusion at first but when we took it upon ourselves to move back into the main room, we were able to get our own server- Sophia - and then the celebrations began! We had VIP wine-tasting passes which entitled us to sample anything on the menu and it really made the experience magical! We had 5 ladies all with different tastes, but Vieni filled them all and then some!

Sophia was great, and so were the other servers! They made sure we didn't feel left out with the MASSIVE bus tour that consumed the building. It made us relax and enjoy our time and we got to share in the special moment with a team of servers who were genuinely awesome! Not to mention, Vieni has the BEST wine in the region, not only do they have a prosecco master as their maker and they really do have some unique wines that can suit anyone's tastes! Also, they are NOT stingy on their pours (unlike MOST of the wineries in Niagara).

Sophia and everyone else made us feel like we were genuinely important and that choosing Vieni to celebrate was a PERFECT choice! Thank you so much for continuing your passion and letting little groups like us feel just as special as the massive bus tour, multiple bachelorette's and parties happening too!

Terrible customer service
Regularly I buy their maple infused brandy by the caseload.
Left a couple of EMPTY bottles outside & a couple of full bottles inside the car trunk.
The EMPTY bottles corks exploded out of the bottles as did the corks in the car trunk.
Thank God my grandkids were not near the empty bottles because it could have been a real medical problem.
I spoke to a clerk, a supposed wine maker & a supposed manager about the problems with their corks.
All three explanations went on deaf ears.
ZERO customer service.

Best Moscato Ever

I finally got to experience the wonderfulness that is this winery @vieniestates . Great looking winery with some of the best sparkling wines I have ever had. I will definitely be back. The Moscato is definitely my favourite.

Bubbly Flight

Classic Brut 2018 - Straw yellow with amber & bronze reflections; creamy & persistent perlage; fruity with notes of apple, pear & coconut, floral flavours with hints of rose petals & fresh bread crust; dry, full & fruity, good acidity.

Momenti Rosé - Bright pink cherry; fine and delicate, intense nose of ripe fruit, strawberry and cherry, bread crust and yeast; soft and balanced, persistent with a fruity finish of dried cranberry. The Muscato was definitely my favourite.

Sparkling apple cider - Straw yellow with golden reflections; our sparkling cider is delicate and elegant on the nose with notes of ripe apple, honey and wildflowers; light and refreshing, harmonious and balanced with a lingering finish of apple

Moscato 2020 - Pale straw yellow; creamy and fine perlage; our sparkling Moscato has an intense and ripe nose; floral with notes of orange and acacia flowers; fruity notes of apple, lychee, passion fruit and citrus fruits; This sparkler is easy to drink, light, moderately sweet, with a fruity taste and an aftertaste that's rich in sensations

Was graciously also given a free sampling of the Ripasso when I mentioned I loved red wines and it was lovely. I purchased a bottle of that along with their amazing Moscato.

Enjoyable Introductory Visit!

My first visit was edifying because of Steve’s knowledge and understanding of the Winery, the wine business on both sides of the border. Also my server, Lyndsey, though new, was pleasant and helpful! I was seated on a patio overlooking the vineyards, which was the ideal settIng to taste wines. My selection a Reserve flight of four Red Wines for $20 that were well made, varietally correct and reasonably priced for bottles to go. Copies of their wines/flights are included for your information. There were a few others I want to try, but that would have required purchasing another flight, which was not feasible, but a tried a Cabernet Grappa, which was outstanding. My purchases included a Red Trillium Ripasso (tasted)and the Aglianico( not tasted). If able to pick and choose wines for a custom flight, it may have lead to a greater purchase upon my departure. Also, if a portion or all of the price of flights were adjusted based on multiple bottle purchases, it would most certainly create more sales. However, overall, it was a worthwhile introduction to Vienni wines and warrant a return visit in the future. Recommended!

Had high expectations with this winery but was disappointed. Took two flights of wine but unfortunately reds had almost all the same taste. No character. Will not go back.

Really good wines!

Throughout the Coronavirus lockdown period, my wife and I have been enjoying the wines from this Vieni Estates. Ordering on line has been easy and whetherbpicking up, or having our order delivered, the process has been well done. The wines are fabulous and affordable, so I give them a hearty recommendation.

Terrific Service from Vieni Estates!

Terrific Experience with Vieni Estates! Steve & Mackenzie at were a tremendous help! I called to order some wine glasses and other products for my mother for her birthday in December and Christmas. I needed the items shipped as I live far from Vieni Estates. Mackenzie replied to my request right away and was extremely helpful. Steve managed to get the package to me on time for my mother's birthday and Christmas. Even better, the glasses were securely wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Steve and Mackenize for making this happen! Happy New Year!

Sparkling wine is delish!

Did a paint night in the lovely barn event area. Gorgeous space with a yummy charcuterie board and the most lovely flight of sparkling wines - each one was amazing!

I thought I should let you know that my choice to bring four dear friends to Vieni Estate Winery as the first stop of a quick wine tasting tour was the best. Great service on the patio, great wines, and a delicious charcuterie board. Finished with a small Dolcie Picante Graspa that was so Good1

Grappa and more Grappa

my husband is from the Northern part of Italy . They put a little shot of grappa in their espresso every morning and that just picks him up for the rest of the day
