About
Three fantasy-like buildings made up of approximately 30 000 recycled glass bottles of various colors and sizes, surrounded by beautiful flower gardens. A haven for nature lovers, recyclers and photographers. The late Edouard Arsenault built the structures in the early 80's, spending the last four years of his life in this amazing project - family-run for over twenty-five years. Featured in "Ripley's Believe It or Not" and "1000 Places to see before you die".

Beautiful workmanship
Jul. 2020 • Family
This was an incredible family experience. I loved it as much as my children did! It’s very reasonably priced at $20 for a family. Beautiful display of art & glasswork, lots of beautiful, well maintained gardens & pond. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Neat spot in L'Evangeline!
Aug. 2019
If you're taking the North Shore Scenic Drive, you won't be able to miss this spot. I stopped here this past August and it was an absolute delight! Great stories are told here and the staff are quite friendly and are fluently bilingual. Small site, easily seen within a 30 minute visit, and the gift shop has tons of neat little gifts. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the region. Ask about the bottle shaped like a Ship!

Interesting
Oct. 2019 • Couples
A very interesting attraction. Nice story regarding Edouard Arsenault who built the structures as a hobby. Unique, fun buildings. Sad to say we were not able to enjoy the gardens the day were there because it was rainy and very windy. Certainly worth the visit.

Three houses AND a fountain
Aug. 2019
Curious as it may seem this place is worth a visit. There are in fact 3 houses completely construction out of bottles and mortar. One looks like a small house, the second looks more lake a bar and the third one a small chapel complete with altar. The story behind these constructions is well worth reading. What makes this place fantastic is the surroundings. This is a beautiful garden complete with a pond and a fountain. At the back you will also find welded metallic art structures. If you're looking for well crafted souvenirs stop in the shop prior to leaving.

Worth your time ...
Sep. 2019
This is a must see. The Bottle structures are amazing. The grounds and gardens impressive. The admission price of $8 /person ($7.50 seniors) very reasonable to maintain the gardeners and gift shop staff necessary to run the business. Loved the experience.

A UNIQUE AND AMAZING PLACE
Aug. 2019
I had found out about the Bottle Houses prior to our trip to PEI so it was part of our agenda. We were delighted that we stopped by. The gentleman who built the house, tavern and chapel all out of bottles, was a true visionary. He was into recycling, long before it was popular. The chapel is absolutely amazing, complete with pews and an altar, all made of bottles. The buildings are surrounded by beautiful gardens;a tranquil retreat. A must see!

Pricey
Aug. 2019
To expensive for what your seeing. You get to see what the person did but the price to see it was costly. The time you spend here to see the buildings is about 20 minutes and it was $15.50 because I got senior rate
