The docents do an excellent job with this place. Its all volunteers. The WWII history in Kodiak is incredible, this place is worth the visit.

This museum is so much bigger than the outside suggests. Lots of good artifacts and a great interactive section (adults and kids alike enjoy this).

Still there are some big machines, guns, war balls standing on there. there are some hidden caves-hills, that cannot seen from sea, but there are doors and windows at the side of land...

Thiere is a very interesting collection of World War 2 relics housed in the gun fortification with spectacular views. Carefully collated and cared for and lots of history here.

cool museum inside an old bunker. has lots of old wwII paraphernalia. Very friendly staff/operator that encourage hands on, so kid friendly for sure. Kinda small but informative, whole family enjoyed it.
