Very nice food menu excellent. We stayed for two nights rooms very basic pub rooms. Comfortable and adequate. Very friendly staff. Would stay again for the area also near to Bath. Parking limited found places in High Street. Marshfield such a lovely place.

First visit here and hopefully not our last because of the location close to Bath and the M4. Bed and breakfast is also available. Located in the centre of the village, with parking available. Booking advisable for Sunday lunch. Friendly staff. Good service. Varied menu....More

Our friends suggested this place for lunch. They could not have picked a better establishment. We all agreed that it was one of the best lunch ever. On top the service was excellent as the atmosphere. Just great, thanks a lot!

Would certainly recommend a visit. Beautifully cooked roast Sunday lunch. Piping hot, scrumptious roast beef, Yorkshire pud & plenty of fresh vegetables. Lovely atmosphere & setting in this lovely village.

This is a pretty and grand old inn, great service and great drinks (we were there for drinks only). Clean grounds, great parking. Pity it's in a town full of such grouchy people with no parking.

Food not bad but extremely expensive for what you get!! The interior is clean and inviting but not enough staff on at busy times

Traditional pub, located in a quaint village. The owner was super friendly and the place had a homely vibe. The food was top notch, the Moroccan lamb in particular was excellent.

Nice toasty fire and a nice local feel to the pub where we sat. Brie starter was really good. My venison burger and my wifes steak and kidney pie were both mushy and indistinct. My burger tasted like mince beef. My daughters fish was nice...More
