Our family of 5 (3 teens - age 18, 16 & 15) all loved our hiking adventure with Sonia today. We couldn’t stop smiling when we went into the kennel area to pick our dogs to be our hiking companions. Each dog was doing their best to get our attention. All the dogs were very friendly but they do like to jump so it’s advised that you wear long sleeves and long pants. After picking our dogs, we were hooked up to our dog and went for a 45 min hike along their trails in the woods. We had a short break period with a beverage at their cabin/tepee before heading back to the kennel. Then we were so lucky to get to visit and play with their little puppies, only three and four weeks old! Five stars! My entire family loved this adventure. Though, not recommended for people with mobility issues. My 83 year old mom joined us for the kennel visit but would not have been able to keep up the pace on the hike with the dogs. So she waited with a book at the reception area until we returned from the hike.

My family did dogsled today at Alaskan Adventure. We really enjoyed dogsledding. It is an unforgettable experience in our lifetime. Alaskan Adventure teams are very friendly! Dogs are so lovely as well.

Could not have had a better day! The intro, tour of the kennel, being able to help get the dogs ready, stopping for treats and pictures, and finale of puppies was just amazing. It was so obvious the owners really care about their dogs and their business - don’t hesitate, just book it!

What a lovely company!
We took our dog mad young son (and his brothers) to visit the kennels in the afternoon. He got to treat and so many dogs and ask alllllll the questions to Sonia who was so helpful, and great with my children.
It is a very informal set up. Don’t forget to take a few $ to buy some reasonably priced treats to feed the dogs.
Incredibly clean considering the number of dogs and puppies.
Will definitely return

All I can say is that these guys are totally deserving of their perfect 5 star score on here.
Sonia and Max were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the dogs even more so! :)
It was a fantastic experience and well worth the price. The passion and dedication for what the whole team does is obvious right from the start and participation is encouraged at all stages of the trip. We will definitely be back :)

We first found Alaskan Adventures in 2019 on our first trip to Mont Tremblant. It was an amazing experience for our entire family and the highlight of our trip. Max and Sonia are fantastic hosts. They pay attention to every detail down to the homemade cookies. They paid special attention to the kids who were 12, 7 and 5 at the time. Our children loved the dogs and each had a special connection with at least one. And they loved the new puppies at the time. When we came back to Mont Tremblant the following year in 2020, we went again and it was still just as great the second time. Our children got to see their favorite dogs again and see the puppies grown up. Our oldest who was 13 got a turn at driving the sled. I can't recommend this adventure more.

I have been to Tremblant three times in the last 7 years and my family and I just love Canada and the mountain during the winter, the skiing, the ambiance, the food, oh MY! Every time I have enjoyed the beautiful dogs and sledding adventure at Alaskan Adventure. I have been in contact with Sonia at Alaskan Adventure for some time. Today I called with a heavy heart to cancel my reservation because of this Pandemic. I live in the United States and though I'm sure many are not happy with the political climate in my country as I am, I have been grounded by the government as I work for the government. Sonia completely understood and gave me a full refund. This company is a shining beacon of moral decency during this horrific and most stressful time in our country and globally. I plan on returning to the mountain next ski season, god willing, and my 17 person crew plans on taking an Alaskan Adventure with Sonia's beautiful dogs and amazing service. Thank you for being you, Sonia. It is much appreciated. My family applauds you and your family business!

Absolutely amazing experience! Sonia and her crew gave us an awesome family memory! This experience is hands on from beginning to end. All of us got to meet all 60 dogs and helped harness the dog as well as drive the sleds(kids included). Highly recommend this company!!!!

Many thanks to the fantastic staff at Alaskan Adventure. They have a real love for what they do and it shows in their hospitality from beginning to end. I went with two kids ages 8 and 10, and it was the highlight of this family vacation. I highly recommend this experience that involves being outdoors enjoying nature and being educated on a skill set that I knew nothing about.
The dogs are so friendly and it was amazing to spend this time learning about them. It is beautiful to see a team who looks after their dogs so well and it shows in the healthy look of the dogs, the housing, the diet, and the good temper of the dogs.
I like to joke that my husband dumped me on Valentines weekend. He accidentally threw me into snow when he turned too sharply with the sled.
The kids stayed with the guides and they were amazing in teaching them and getting them involved. Instructions were patiently explained in English and French. They were always checking in and running to provide help when needed.
Thank-you for this wonderful and educational experience. A must do activity for families, couples, and everyone else.

For people coming from far away... what did you wear to go dogsledding? we are coming by air to Mont Tremblant and do not want to try and pack snow boots/pants etc..- it would take up and extra suitcase for 1 day excursion. are these needed for the dog sledding?

You’d definitely need it! There is some walking to get the dogs and on the ride itself you might stop couple of times to adjust the sled and you’ll step in snow.
