This was a great option to be able to bike around the county without having to bring anything from home!
Jeff worked with our short notice, was helpful and communicative, and left us with ponchos in case of rain. Bikes were in great condition, and the option to leave the bikes wherever in the county is a bonus.
I would highly recommend this service!

The bikes were delivered on time right at my hotel and came equipped with locks and bottles. Jeff was fair, honest, easy to deal with and delivered on everything he said. The bikes were definitely sufficient for riding PEC. I will use this service again.

Such a great way to do a self-guided tour of the county! Jeff dropped the bikes off at our AirBnB first thing and was super helpful with setting everything up and providing winery recommendations. I would highly recommend using this service!

So glad we connected with this company! We enjoyed two adult bikes with carriers for two children. We had so much fun and having the bikes dropped off and picked up was super convenient.

This is the BEST place to rent a bike in PEC! Jeff was amazing - accessible and very helpful. He brought multiple types of bikes to our hotel for us to choose from which was very helpful since we had two kids and they needed to try out different sizes. The e bikes we rented were in great shape and easy to use. He also gave us his cell phone and checked in on us during the day as well as gave us trail suggestions. At the end of the day, Jeff picked up the bikes from our hotel. One of the best and easiest bike rental experiences we’ve had.

We had booked 5 bikes and at the last minute we have cancelled however would like to indicate that Jeff has been quite amazing and super flexible in creating a positive client service. He was always available for any question we had and also proposed some ideas and solutions that would benefit the client.
I would strongly recommend his company and mainly Jeff because he is very professional and accommodating.

We went to Prince Edward County for a Bachelorette party and rented 12 of the most beautiful blush pink cruiser bikes from County Bike Rentals. Jeff was amazing! Very responsive and organized throughout the entire process. Bikes were dropped of first thing in the morning in perfect condition with helmets and water bottles included.
We ended up needing an extra bike last minute and Jeff was able to accommodate us no problem.
We were a bit ambitious in our route planning and called to see if the bikes could be picked up at an alternative location and Jeff said No problem!
Will be sure to rent from County Bikes again and spread the word! Phenomenal service!
