I play on Tublamu Navy Course from time to time and although this course is not as manicured as other courses, it has a charm to it, as you will feel to be in nature while you play. The vegetation is very natural and three holes border the sea as well, stunning! The caddies are very kind and the course... More

Fun course. Not the greatest course in the world but hey your in Thailand! The caddies where amazing and really know the course. A couple of times they recommended clubs I wouldn't have used and the shots worked out! Really nice views and a couple of really interesting holes. Played with my father in law and you might not believe... More

I went with my kindergarten class as a field trip as a late afternoon trip. The “Sea Turtle conservation Centre: Thai Navy Base” is pretty interesting. Took about half an hour via school van. The Navy base does have a fee (entrance 30TB). The Base has many things going on as any base around the world. They have gyms, golf... More

We rented a taxi from out hotel to go to “Sea Turtle conservation Centre: Thai Navy Base”one afternoon (800 TB return trip). Took lees than 30 minutes to go there from our hotel, scenic drive. Taxi driver took us into Navy base and waited for us while we went in to see the turtles (entrance 30TB). This is a rescue... More

Played on 2 days half of December. Very few players, partially because i played late morning. Played alone, had the course practically to myself. Nice scenery near the beach, fairways in good condition, greens could be better but surely were ok. Caddy was good and good company. I played on 'sport day' (monday and thursday) at very reasonable green fee... More

Stayed in Khao Lak in November 2015 for 10 nights. Enquired at the hotel about golf and found Katathong which looked great but was an hour away and was around £80/round walking including caddie fee and tip and another £50 return in the taxi. Tublamu on the other hand was 15 minutes away and around £40/round including e caddie and... More

Did a deal with a travel agent who did hotel pickup clubs green fee but no balls. Club's were pretty good but no irons below a 5, caddy fee was 300 B paid direct to her. Some reviews mention caddies are a bit dour. My take on this is that perhaps they are distancing themselves from being hit on. My... More

Great layout that would be good if they spent some money maintaining it better. Greens are OK. Fairways were green when we were there but could see that they would dry off pretty bad in the dry season. Only really worth going on days when green fees are half price. Club hire at 1000b is a bit pricy for the... More

Decided to have a go after reading the reviews as was bored at resort. Arrived and met a guy who was by himself as well. 1/2 price day so cost was approx $104 Aus including cart, caddie, golf club hire. Charged another $8 Aus for 6 balls. My understanding was also that this included Caddies but at the end decided... More

My first golfing experience in Thailand. It could be my last. We went on the half price Day but it still seemed a lot for what we got. Fairways are in very poor condition but greens are good. We thought the price included the caddies so we were happy to tip them but that cost an extra 300 at the... More
