So we decide to take a trip to Woodside wildlife park as we were visiting the Daughter in Lincoln. On arrival the main entrance to the park is effectively a farm track style road that leads to a pot hole filled carpark(owner of a lowered modified car's nightmare), but that aside it was easy to find from the main roads.... The park may be small but the animals it has are incredible. The shows are also great with great staff presenting them. A very informative and fun day out for a wide range of ages, however there was a kids party on at the time and the staff seemed to work with them really well. Would recommend spending around 3... I noticed signs for here whilst staying in the area and decided to have a look with my family. From it being well tucked awaydown a country lane and not expecting much from past experiences visiting places a like and only expecting a few hours at most i was totally wrong. We spent most of the day here enjoying the... More

Woodside Wildlife Park is a hidden gem, tucked away in the Lincolnshire countryside! Me and my partner arrived here, and one of the first things that caught our eye was a sign offering experiences with some of the animals, such as the tapirs and the tigers. I was so excited to see that I could feed the beautiful tiger Julia,... More

I had the luck to be given a falconry experience as a birthday present. Really enjoyed it. During the morning, you get to handle a variety of owls, falcons & hawks, fly a Harris Hawk in the adjacent woodland. If you're on a half-day experience, you have the rest of the park to visit. For your all-day experience, after a... More

Found this little gem by accident and ended up spending the whole day. Tucked away in the countryside very discreetly there is no great banner waving entrance just a pot holed road leading to an indifferent car parking area. DON'T BE FOOLED, READ ON!!! There is friendly and informal welcome with lots of explaining about what to do and see... More

Hidden away in the countryside near to the beautiful city of Lincoln is a little known gem, a small wildlife with enough exhibits to keep all visitors occupied for several hours. From delicate butterfly, through cheeky monkeys to powerful tigers there are animals for all to enjoy. The staff are friendly and very engaging, I have visited twice now and... More

Had a great time, highlight was feeding time with lemurs, plenty of animals to see, had lunch there too, nicely cooked and well priced, worth a visit.
