Bird lovers have enjoyed visiting this country cottage, patios & Garden, Rocklands Bird Sanctuary for over 55 years. Visitors get to feed colorful hummingbirds birds by hand, see other wild birds on a patio in our cottage garden. Fritz your soft spoken host will show you how to feed the birds. Entry fee Adults USD$20. The country road to the sanctuary is 1/2 mile, winding uphill & bumpy and adds to the wilderness adventure :-) .

We were told it would cost $20 and after sitting with the birds (they were amazing) the guide said he would show us another bird after a walk and after spotting an owl far up in a tree he charged another $20! He didn't say...More

Such a must-do activity. Fritz, the overseer, allows you to stay there and let the hummingbirds land on your finger for as long as you want to remain. If cost us a $20 Per person donation at the end, well worth the fee. Be forewarned,...More

the humming birds are there all day the doors open at 10 AM other birds tend to feed in the early morning and after noon.
