We have 2 kids and have visited other water parks over the year and this one was our worse experience overall. While being clean and brand new, I think a lot of things could have been better thought out. The doors which gives on the Park were always open because the lockers and the food courts are outside the Park.... More

There really isn't anyting like Valcartier Vacation Village in Quebec in winter. You can slide on snow outside or get wet inside and slide some more in their top-of-the-line waterpark. Fun for the whole family but it surely isn't free. The slides cost around 30-50$ per person and they charge 10$ for a locker with a 10$ deposit...The Hotel has... More

We went for a day in early Jan and had a blast. The drive out was by taxi around 60-70$ and the entry fee included the Hotel Glace (ice castle) and all day in the adventure park. It wasn't overcrowded so the wait to toboggan anywhere was quick. We started at the small one and worked our way up to... More

Lots of fun for young and young at heart. But they should turn up the heat more. It felt cold walking around. Also they should add more showers. They only had 2 showers in the ladies section. There were lockers available for 10$. I would go back again.

The idea was great. My daughter loved it. But could be better. I wish they would turn up the heat warmer. There's some spots were cool air was blowing inside. Also more shower stalls please. I only found 2 in the ladies bathroom. It's really fun though.

We visited Valcartier a couple of days before Christmas from Old Quebec City. It was around a 30 minute/$60 cab ride. Well worth the effort! Our three boys had a blast and so did we! Love the difficult to perfect ride to the top of the tube slopes and combining tubes to make a wild ride that much faster. I... More

You get to play in the snow, play inside in the water park, ice skate, hang out in The ice hotel pub or hang by the fire overlooking the hills. It still needs improvement in the check in/ check out process. They are a bit understaffed as the front desk should address the customer in front of them before talking... More

This place was very fun and was fairly inexpensive. Lots of snow slides. Lots of restaurants to choose from. There's a few nice gift shops. Staff is friendly. Parking is free. There's also an indoor water park at the same location but we didn't go to that part. I've never been to anything like this place.
