This was one of my top three favorite things on our trip to Cape Breton Island. I'll start by saying we did see whales. (Yay!) But I would have been happy even if we hadn't. The scenery around the top side of the island is...More

This was my second whale watching trip. Both experiences have been outstanding. This sea captain knows the territory and the animal habits and habitats. We saw Bald Eagles, seals, and pods of pilot whales.

We were a large group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Our first time in Cape Breton. I booked about a month in advance and even followed up with a phone call a week prior from our trip to confirm. They ensured everything was still...More

Nice morning in the boat, but no whales :(. The captain managed to find some seals and bald eagles. We were offered a free re-do but couldn't make the time. It would be nice if there was some more commentary in the boat, while the...More

The owner, Cyril was a great host, He explained everything well before we went out and informed us that he could not see whales from his home that morning so we may not see any on this trip. He was wrong: we saw whales Before...More

This is a must do in Cape Breton, reasonable price, $30 for adults. The scenery is worth the trip alone, we didn't see whales when we were out, but saw an eagle, seals and a sunfish. Would definitely recommend, and kids would enjoy also

This trip would have been worthwhile even if we hadn't seen any whales. The rock formations and cliffs along the coastline were incredible! We went out on a rough morning and the captain was worried that he might not find any whales, but in the...More
