it was a wonderful trip with this littel boot with 20 persons. The skipper showed us pilot whales, sea lions and a sea eagle with great commitment.

What a beautiful ride. We saw pilot whales, eagles and seals. The coast of Cape Breton is breathtakingly beautiful and the friendly captain is available for questions of all kinds. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Best whale watch ever ? Small Lobster boat run as a family whale watching concern in the lobster off season. Prices are very reasonable and it is much more than a whale watching trip. The scenery of the northern Cape Breton coast is overwhelming with shear cliffs and waterfalls. and they will take you close to them. (Who needs Milford Sound, New Zealand, eh ?) . We saw Seal colonies, two types of dolphin and pilot whales. If there had been no whales, it still would have been a great trip for the scenary alone.
Afterwards you can extend your adventure by driving to Meal Cove for a lobster roll on a cliff.!

We saw (and heard) lots of Pilot whales, saw Northern gannets plunge-diving from great heights into the sea for fish and then had a lovely cruise all the way down to the Phantom Point Lighthouse.

With weather and animal behaviour and such, there’s always a bit of ‘luck of the draw’ involved in a whale watching tour. The first day we booked was cancelled due to high winds, but luckily we were still in the area for a couple days and they rescheduled us for 2 days later. The boat was comfortable enough for my husband, who had hurt his back and couldn’t do a zodiac tour. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, and I would do the tour just for that! I don’t think it was a great day for whales, but the tour operators managed to find some pilot whales eventually and we got some good views.

The boat first traveled close to the coastline, which is spectacular. We saw many pilot whales. The captain was friendly and knowledgeable. The man in the office was also very informative and kind. The entire experience was great. We chose this outfit as my husband has some mobility issues and a Zodiac would be difficult for him to do, we made the right choice!

We did the 1:30 tour and had a great experience. The captain was very friendly. The scenery was so beautiful and getting to see pilot whales in their natural habitat was truly a special moment. They will even dog sit your pet while on the tour for free! Excellent tour - highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Oshan Whale Watch - the views were awesome and we saw whales, seals, bald headed eagles and waterfalls. For those who prefer a smaller group setting, it was a great size boat that held about 25 people . The captain is well experienced, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humour. I'd go again and definitely recommend it to others. Well worth it! Thank you!

It was a wonderful tour. We drove 6 hours from Halifax there to join the tour and it was worse it. Really impressive. Thank you so much from us “Germans”.

1. Our prices are: Adults - $45, Seniors/Students - $35, Youth - $25, and kids 5 and younger are free. All prices include taxes.
2. Yes, we welcome people of all ages aboard!
3. We are open everyday from July 1st - September 30th (weather permitting).
