Step back in time. No drink deals/offers just a nice pub for a nice drink. Lovely fires giving comfy heat on a cold wet, wet, wet day in Sunderland.

We only stopped by as it looked like a good old fashioned pub, which it is, beer was great and the menu looked interesting. Had a great meal, which was excellent value

Visited for a friends birthday meal service and staff excellent. Both couples had the sharing steaks cooked to perfection with tasty sides. Even managed to squash in a sticky toffee pudding for dessert which was amazing.
