Spinola Bay is a beautiful area, even more so at night! I would definitely recommend a walk along Spinola Bay at night. There are also plenty of cafes and places to sit.

We stayed in July and eveings were busy but great atmosphere for couples and families. Huge choice of bars and restaurants. Busses are frequent and inexpensive - I would not recomend hiring a car unless you realy must.

One can hardly say that this is an attraction - it's just part of the long promenade leading to Slima. It's a beautiful spot - the boats in the bay and the picturesque houses around - definitively a lovely view. However, except restaurants, there is...More

Beautiful views, nice restaurants, lively and buzzing at all times. If you have had enough of med food, and fancy asian, there is a wagama over looking the bay. Beautiful at night.

Balluta Bay is also OK for swimming and snorkelling. Somewhere arount St. Julian's Hotel there's a centre where you can rent the equipment. Look for the pool where the polo team trains, is right in the front of St. Julian's... More
