Went here on a very hot Sunday. Really too hot to walk around the beautiful gardens, but the house was cool enough to view, beautiful architecture and stunning grounds. Well worth a visit

Kirby Hall is definitely worth a visit. It has a majestic yet haunting element to it. Some EH properties are just ruins and as lovely as they are that's what they feel like. Whereas Kirby Hall has enough of the property still in tact to...More

What a great place! The audio guide really brought this place to life. It is not a bells and whistles cafe/guided/giftshop type of place but is packed with history and interest. We spent 3 hours exploring and having a picnic in the grounds. Wonderful.

Spent some 2 hours in this Elizbethan Hall, but on a more sunny day a picnic and relaxing in the gardens could take up a lot more time. The audio machine guide is a definite must, very informative and presented in an interesting manner (included...More

We absolutely loved our visit here today. It has such an interesting past. The design and build is amazing, very grand; it's such a shame that it became in disrepair. Nice gardens, with a few picnic tables, but plenty of benches to sit back and...More
