Glad we stumbled across this trail but next time must bring bug spray due to aggressive flys. Parking available. Nice woodland walk to beach and bluffs. Make your own clay figures from the sediment. Lots of debris washed up on shore including large dead whale. Nice place.

Was looking out for the trail head sign while biking up Corn Neck Rd to North Light but missed it. Found it on the way back - missed it because it was overshadowed by a large "For Sale" sign. At the end of the bumpy road, I found the trail head and a bike rack so knew I was in... More

One of my favorite things to do on block island is to get up early, before it's busy, and ride my bike to a trail for quiet walking. This is a fantastic trail for birds and fantastic water views over the cliff-side. The trail is well kept and we didn't see another walker= very special morning walk - highly recommend.

Stay out of the trails in the maze that run to the left. Stay on the open mowed path and you can walk down to a great beach w/ surf and wonderful sounds as the waves move across the beach stones.

Take the time to hike this gorgeous trail, it is magnificent! It is not too difficult. We took a cab from the ferry dock to the trail entrance for $18 but wished we had taken a cab to the far end of the trail and started there. Then, you end up on Mansion Beach and can easily walk back to... More

The path to the trail is easy enough to find, although cyclists might find that there are too many cars using that little entry road. It's a lovely walk, but a sign post here and there would help one to make a round trip more easily.

The bluffs trail rewards you with breathtaking views, and be sure to take some detours in the "maze" wooded trail offshoots from the main trail for some enchanting diversity to this seaside hike. The bluffs trail goes off to the left when you reach the beach. A bit of a climb but well worth it.

It's a short ride from town on the north side of the island. Nice easy bike ride. You will not be dissapointed. Wonderful views of the bluffs, secluded quiet beach. Sure to be a favorite. Make it a priority.

This is a wonderful hike through a wooded area, a marsh, and finally to a beach that is usually empty.

Great way to get away from the crowds and explore. Lots of trails nearby. And need to walk some to get to the beach. Although the beach is a little rocky and some seaweed, it's well worth the walk and a great place for pictures.
