Welcome to our family-owned bodega, devoted to recovering the history of one of the world´s best known wine regions, famous from time immemorial for its fine wines. Over a decade ago we decided to "row upstream" and place our confidence in creating a unique red wine in a region dominated by white grapes. After an excellent premiere by our signature brands Garum, Samaruco and PetitVerdot, we´ve gone on to set ourselves new challenges. We have already developed a wine aged underwater in amphoras and have also made wines with ancient, regional varieties that had neared extinction, such as Tintilla and Palomino negro. Together with this, our first Jerez wine with natural alcohol content is already ageing in American Oak casks.

The winery is a little out of the way but worth the visit. It is in a beautiful setting. The staff is very friendly and the wines made are very unusual for the area. And they are quite good.
