You haven't really seen Rhodes until you've seen Lindos. The village is very beautiful and the Acropolis is definitely worth a visit. It's ideal for literally everyone.

Opposite to the famous citadel city of Rhodos you have this nice little town, placed between two beautiful beaches, one sandy and the other one rocky with crystal clear water. In summer it is very busy, so you have to book early to one of the nice villas in town. Be aware of hotels far from town who use the... More

The sea is infinitely blue. The town is a labyrinth of pure white. A fantastically friendly place to visit.

We spent a superb day in Lindos with time wandering through the village, on the main beach and at St Paul's Bay. It was early April so not very crowded but warm and relaxing. Parking was free and although clearly a tourist village we found everyone to be welcoming and helpful.
