Smaller museum than we expected - on the contrary to other reviewer. :-) It is not for small children than 9 years old if you plan to learn something really and you don't intend to just kill your time on a rainy day (in this case you have nothing to do in 1 hour anyway). It is very interesting but... More

This has been one of the greatest places to visit during our trip to Netherlands. The space expo although relatively small turned out to be more than wonderful. I was there with teenager boy and girl and they loved it. The exposition and the experiments were very interesting. If you are in Leiden, or even in The Hague or Amsterdam,... More

For me it was great. Soeak Dutch and English. For my Swedish family and kids 7 & 9 not so great. Private tour was ok but would not do it again. Intresting on a rainy day but when the tourguides use slang names and you are not fluent in English or Dutch you wont enjoy this. Prices are a bit... More

Nice museum with a lot to do and see. Bigger than I expected. Not just for kids. Only down point is that I missed a clear overall story. All the displays and parts were nice but how do they fit together.

Very interesting museum with a lot of things to do and to see. You have to combine it with the visit to ESA. Very educative for children and for adults too!

The ESA Space Centre was much more than expected. The centre offers a lot of attractions for children and is very educative. It is not cape Canaveral but should not be underestimated, We enjoyed it a lot

There are two parts in this museum: One everyone can see, which is the largest and fairly interesting in itself and makes most of the tour. I'm a techie, I spent two hours there and those weren't boring. There are many pieces of real space hardware, and a few hand-on (and jump-on) things one can try, but also some mockups.... More

Loved this! Really insightful. Lots to learn. Lots of interactive exhibits. Great for children and adults alike. Couldn't move for interesting things. Space station. Jumping on the moon. Simulator. Rocket launch demos...just fantastic. Spent 3 hours here with our 3 & 5 year olds.

We took the kids here whilst visiting Holland, and they loved it. The museum is smaller than I thought it would be, but is well laid out and most of the exhibits are interactive which the kids loved playing with, and because we got there early they didn't have to wait to play with the exhibits but it did start...
