This temple is located on the banks of Triveni Theerth at the spot where Lord Parshuram was relieved of the curse of ‘Kshatriyahatya’ with the blessings of Lord Somnath. The temple, dedicated to Lord Parshuram, also has two ancient Kunds in its premises.

This temple is situated right next to the triveni ghat. As I have mentioned in my reviews of the other attractions of Somnath, this temple too is on the same 1km stretch starting from Somnath mandir and ending at Gita temple. It is a very small temple, adorned by a nice pond. They are building a huge temple in the... More

This temple like many others in the area is not in that great shape. Even though it pertains to one of the incarnations of Lord Vishnu the exact significance is not that well detailed. Could have been much better.

Parshuram temple is the place where Parshuram (avtar of Lord Vishnu) used to live. There are around four to five small temples and a couple of small water bodies or Kund. Parshuram is known as the Brahmin warrior. He is of great mythological value. So, don't forget to visit this auspicious place.

The temple is about 1 Km from man temple on way to Dehotsarg Teerth ( further 500 m away). It can't be located easily as not marker is provided. A new temple is being constructed there, which hides the Parasuram temple.
