Shri Ramanashramam in Tiruvanamalai, Tamil Nadu is an excellent place, where Shri Ramana himself settled, built his Ashram and a temple. This is truly beautiful, serene, peaceful to meditate and pray. Simple, tasty lunch is provided. There is alo a provision for staying here in this ashram. A must visit place indeed.

The life story of Sri Ramana Maharishi is remarkable. And this place--his abode---is quite extraordinary; it atttracts more overseas visitors thatn Indians! People come here for the serene ambience, the meditation possiblities and the inner peace they derive by spending quality time here.

Very nice and peaceful place in the town of Tiruvannamalai, a famous place too. One can see many foreigners visiting this place. There is a museum having Raman Maharshis materials and other things. We can see where he has attained nirvana .
