This place was recommended by a friend so we were eager to stop by and it didn't disappoint. its definitely busy as a bee but worth the stop.

We tried their devonshire tea with a honey tea, the scones were warm and fresh, we could have eaten loads of them.

We purchased a few items from this place and the favourite for us was the sparkling honey wine. we can't wait to pop it open.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

A quaint little place. Has displays of hives, honey and making Mead. Prices are about $25 per bottle of Mead. Variety of honey. The cafe is good and coffee great. Maybe not for small children - not much for them to see or do..

This is one of my favourite places to visit and enjoy. The shop is wonderful with hundreds of honey products. Some body products, some house decor, some kitchen accessory- all with beautiful bee themes.
The meadery attached is incredible! Tastings are available and the mead is first class.

This meadery was one place that I hadn't ever visited before. Their drinks are unique albeit sweetish. I suppose being made from honey was always going to be sweet.

It was a pleasure to try something different and we enjoyed our visit. This makes for an interesting visit and remarkable what they can do with honey. Loved our visit and would recommend to anyone that wants to try something different.

Our Retirement Village just had a trip to The House of Honey.
A lovely day out - all enjoyed. The meal was great, well presented,
hot and tasty and the teas and coffee hot too, which often is not the case in some restaurants! The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We can thoroughly recommend and I am sure we will be back.
There is also plenty of honey, mead and other products to purchase.

This place is a gem! Plenty of honey products and you definitely must try the honey ice cream! I love the honey and ginger choc chip flavour!

Try the different honey flavours they have. They have a wide variety of honey mead. Ask the staff and give it a try. Definitely recommend a visit if you are at Swan Valley!

The House of Honey has various different flavoured honeys for tasting. They also offer a range of honey based products for sale, some of which are sold in the cafe. There is a hive for viewing inside, and various items of beekeeping equipment, so quite interesting for kids, who will also love the honey flavoured ice cream! The pretty garden has lots of bee attracting flowers and shrubs.

Kim & Rupert (owners) were so interesting and answered all our silly questions! Who knew there was so much to bees and honey. Bought great gifts for expectant mother and friend's little kids.

They have alot of variety of honey. My personal favourite is lavender and rose. But their price is higher than windarra honey which offer some similar types of honey. I think it is more worth to get those from windarra honey since it is cheaper. Nonetheless, you should still visit this place. It can get crowded sometimes as it is a tourist hot spot. Still worth a visit to buy some good honey back!

Thank you for your review. It is great that you support all beekeepers. We encourage everyone to do this. Please be mindful that price point can vary from backyard beekeeper, farmers markets, hobby beekeeper, various selling venues e.g. a garage such as Windarra Honey to a modern retail outlet such as ours. The House of Honey's motto is to deliver an overall experience with staff speaking international languages for all our guests, story boards and beautiful gardens to enjoy a moment of tranquillity in our cafe. Thanks for supporting us and recommending customers our way.
