The beach is vast, the powerful Atlantic and the sea mist turn this place a charming and ideal location for running, walking and enjoying the outdoors when you have a sunny day to enjoy. There are several bars/restaurants next to the beach and is easy...More

I didn't like the beach. The weather wasn't good. The buildings were ugly. There weren't bars or restaurants with good appearance. I think it doesn't deserve the the trip.

If you enjoy long runs while you enjoy the beach view, the is a perfect place. Nightlife is very poor and it's a beach who does not deserve to be known as "beautiful". Too "abandoned" for me.

Here you can enjoy quiet times by the ocean. Grab a book or a magazine and just chill out. It got some restaurants nearby too, so eat some grilled fish and drink some wine. Good summer choice near Leiria

Even though the sea is beautiful it is also quite dangerous for kids and people who don't swim very well, as the waves are strong and the current very heavy and tiring. Besides that the dunes you have to cross to get to the beach...More
