Tossa's ancient monuments testify to its long history and lend great charm to the little town. In every direction fine old structures enjoy commanding positions and sweeping views below to the town and the sea alluding to their original significance

The tower is not well signposted from the town but if you get onto Tarull and keep walking you will get there. Most other places to visit have plaques with a brief history but not this. The views are good out over the town & castle. A previous reviewer said there was a cafe and museum but there isn't just... More

Took my time walking to the tower and taking in the views - superb. Small cafe and museum at top. You can talk a small train to the top but the walk was better.

The Moorish Tower was not too far from the center of Tossa de Mar. However, it was closed. I found out later that no one can enter it. Oh well! I found out though that in the 16th century, Felipe II is the one who ordered this tower to be built on the hill as a watchtower, so that he... More

Quite a climb uphill, about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. well worth the walk for the beautiful views of Tossa. No access to the tower but steps up to the door. Take a drink of water on a hot day as no facilities nearby.

The view from atop the site is absolutely worth the time it takes to get up there.. There are plenty of nice scenery and views on your way - so don't skip it.

It is a bit of a walk up a steep hill to get there and again as you make your way up to the Tower however the views you get make it worth your while. Amazing views.

Walked up here after a wander round the headland, great views back into the old town. Its locked up unfortunately, and some grounds nearby fenced off, but you can still stand at its base and climb the small metal staircase outside.
