Really great area. Loads of super restaurants and shops! And the bonus is to watch the surfers trying to manage the tube!

Spectacular lighthouse on the promenade at Faro. Pity that you can't access the site and climb the tower.

I wanted to go up the lighthouse but it's active so not open to the public. This was an easy trip by bus from where we stayed. There was a craft market on that day and shopping. Worth a visit

Lovely beach. Very difficult for swimmer because of stony waterfront. Clean and room for everybody. Walking in the path is also a good choises to spend a day.
