Restored Gothic and Renascence Castle. Pretty good from the outside, i payed the entrance to have a look in the inside. What it looks like is that they are still restoring so it doesn’t really have anything in the inside. It was a little disappointment...More

Visited during the Fiesta de S. Pedro this castle was lit up at night. They shoot fireworks from it's ramparts on the final day of the festival, pretty cool to see. The castle itself is an old Moorish fort which was reconquested and rebuilt in...More

Lovely little castle. Beautifully lit at night. Situated above town with small steep windy road access.

Take some time to visit Porto de Mós and its Castle. With its different architecture you should definitively wonder why is it built this way. Curiosity is such an important feature to travel and visit different places :-)

Nice castle in Porto de Mós. The two towers have a green roof, never seen that before. Inside there's not much to see, only temporary exhibitions but you don't go up there for the inside. The view over the surrounding landscape makes it worthwhile. Entrance...More

Me and my boyfriend discover it while lost in the area. From the distance it really looked like the Disney castle with the towers. The entrance is affordable and though there isn't much to see on the inside, the views are breathtaking. The receptionist at...More

This is yet another castle in the seemingly endless parade of castles. I would not drive specifically to this one u less you are in the area, Weaver the views from the top are quite spectacular. There a lots of steps and the towers actually...More
