Fantastic cabins overlooking an awesome beach. We had a great stay here for six days and really unwound. Great day trips from this cool place in New Zealand. Makes you realise that the best things in New Zealand are NOT in the cities!

A little oasis in the ruralness of NZ countryside. You pop over the hill and there it lies, unexpected and inviting. Cool cafe cunningly placed for extra fun.

Oakura Beach is a lovely place to stay and enjoy that part of the Taranaki. Walking to the beach, been able to climb the mountain and enjoy what New Plymouth has to offer can make a lovely holiday in that area.

You just can't beat Oakura beach. Just watch the sand gets very hot ;p Nice clean beach with fabulous views and in summer you have the safety of life guards for that peace of mind.
