Make this your base of operations. These folks are the most knowledgeable and helpful people around. They can point you to the best attractions for your group. The bookstore is amazing. Both eclectic and relevant, you will find more than you can read in the time you have. Stop in and get to know these folks.

Like coming to this place to check out the books and local products. Who can't use a good read while on vacation! The books are priced reasonably and there is something for everyone! Also like checking out the selection of local products! They, too, are reasonably priced! If they don't have something you're looking for, ask the owner. She is... More

A small but worthwhile place to visit. I went with my daughter and although we didn't purchase anything the woman working was very nice and kind. I felt as though if we had needed assistance, even if it were unrelated to the goods sold in the store, we could have asked!

thank you so much for your help! I had a very bad tooth ache and you lent me some scissors to cut the package open, no questions asked. I know it doesn't sound like much but that day it meant the world to me.

We were very disappointed by the rudeness of the proprietors as we had heard they were usually quite helpful. They ignored us, brushed off questions, and seemed very disinterested in our business.

Hello Kate, we talk to dozens of people every day in the store, and we help people get more out of their vacations by providing good information. We answer questions tirelessly. We maintain a couple of information websites on the town and a busy Facebook group. We have a pretty good reputation as our reviews show! It is possible on... More

We stopped here because we had relied on their website before our trip for useful info on PM. A great place to get your beach read or cards and small gifts. Lots of Americans and Canadians come through this shop. Good place to get info on local happenings or tips and directions.

The book collection is well displayed by author and genre. Used books sell at new prices as the demand outstrips the supply. You can also get credits for bringing books in to trade.
