Don’t do it if you are a photographer
This was a fun tour of 2 beautiful cenotes! I had booked this tour as it says “bring your camera” but when we arrived, Crispy Bacon said no phones no cameras no nothing to take photos. This was very disappointing as I had booked this to take my own photos. The only reason this review has 3 stars is because of Crispy Bacon. Everyone else was quiet, barely said a word and begged for tips. If they were honest and let me bring my camera it would have 4 stars. Other than that it was a great experience. They have their own photographer (looked like a 13 year old) and try to get you to buy images after. They slightly skimped out on the included food with one small fajita. Crispy Bacon (the main tour guide) was great and included everyone in on the fun. If you are a photographer, choose a different tour.

Swimming, hiking, nature and good food.
Beautiful, refreshing, peaceful. If I could only pick three words those are what I would use. Fresh water pools with adorable tiny fish where you can swim and enjoy the jungle. Gravel paths so bring good shoes, towels and plenty of hydration. Booked thru Living Dreams Mexico who provided a driver that doubled as our guide. His knowledge of the area was really helpful.

    Best Customer Service
This cenote was amazing. Prices are reasonable and we booked directly through them back in July 2023 for me and my son to go on a previous trip to Mexico (we come to this area every 6 months or so). My son got sick with an ear infection the morning of the trip and we couldn’t go. They canceled and left our trip pending until we came back in Feb 2024! They kept in consistent communication and it was very smooth. The customer service was just something you don’t really see now-a-days. Great experience and great time, we recommend. We did zip lines, ATV tour and two cenotes. They take your photos but no pressure to buy at the end. Great service and the cenote was not that busy we were there about 9-2.

Mayan jungle adventures, and ATV's. A sales agent for this place was at our hotel, sailing tours and adventures. We told him we wanted to do ATV's , he said we could do a two to three hour ride. We agreed. Now we get there, we are met by this person "Bonds", he tells us we have three adventures swimming in the cenote, Zipline, and ATV. He was rude in fact most of the people that had any thing to do with the adventures were very rude. Bonds said we had signed up for two people at, we told him no that it was single, and all we wanted to do was ATV. Had to pull out out our phone and show him what we signed up for. The people working here made you feel like they were doing you a favor taking your money. We told Bonds we only wanted to do ATV, he said the package was three hours we didn't have to do anything thing else but have to wait for the ATV part which was at the end. I asked if I could do horse back riding in place of the zip lining and swimming, he said for more money. I didn't understand why I had to pay more but it would be better than sitting around for two hours. Well that didn't work, some person supposed to be supervisor said no couldn't change. There other people that had came with us in our van, had signed up for only horse back riding and the ATV. They didn't lock in their phone so they were made to do Zipline, swimming, and ATV. Now if you come here you have to be cat friendly because there are hundreds of them every where, and where you eat. We were also told that we needed to pay 5 dollars more for insurance on the ATV, and if we didn't any damages we would have to pay for. While waiting for the ATV, I noticed every one coming here had a issue with what they were told to get them to sign up and what they were told when they got on site. So I spoke with this person that said he was the manager, he said it happens all the time. The guys out in the field would say anything to get a sale. I said but they are the face of your company, and you could lose customers. He just looked at me with a o well gaze. So they did cut our wait time , and found us a guide that would take us on the ATV part sooner. The guide tells us if we paid the 5 for insurance, it was a one time thing and if anything happens the ride is over. The ride was like 25 minutes, and back to cat land. The best part of all of this was the food, they did give you lunch , it was good but only gave you enough to say they had given you some thing. They also make you place all your belongings in lockers, so no phones, cameras, or watch phones. Not for safety reasons, they just wanted to sale pictures at the end. There are a lot of places that offer all these activities. I would stay away from this one. Very bad business.

I went with a group of 7 other friends and with high hopes of it being good since all of the signs leading to it made us believe that it's worth going to. Drove into the parking lot and saw tied up horses that looked like they weren't well fed. We were set on only going for the ATV's, so I'm actually glad the staff didn't try to upsell us on the other attractions.
We paid 500 pesos each, 400 for shared drivers, plus another 100 pesos more insurance that was suggested instead of forced upon.
The ATV's were actually pretty up to date and felt a lot better than other competing businesses and the tour guide was actually very straight forward and very nice. The trip alone with ATV's didn't last longer than 20 minutes.
I would actually recommend visiting Boca de Puma where it might be a smaller business, but gave us a lot better experience than kin-ha.

Stay Away! Horrendous! We purchased a 'cenotes tour' from a vendor in Cancun for $60. The tour would include transportation, guide and a 'all you can eat' meal to 3 different cenotes. After a 2 hour drive (was initially advised the drive was 45 mins) we arrived at Kin-Ha. Sat in their hut for 30 mins while the guides were trying to arrange the guests into groups. Was told vehemently no phones were allowed for safety reasons. Each person must put all belongings in lockers. They placed us in a tour with ATV's, cenote, and zip lining. However, that wasn't explained to us at the beginning of the tour. An employee drove us to the first cenote (without a mask, no seatbelts in truck) while the tour ATV'd along the gravel road. We were given no safety instructions at the cenote, where rope swings, zip lines, and high platforms were constructed to jump from. The first person that used the zip/rope swing did a face flop and was injured. The guide yelled for a nearby swimmer to pull the hurt person from the water. The cenote was great and loved this adventure. We stayed there as a group for about 30 mins. The ATV'ers drove off and we were put on a trailer with other people that transported us back to the main hut. I asked the tour guide how we get to the other 2 cenotes and he said they don't have more cenotes and we could discuss the miscommunication when the tour was over for the others. We went back to the main hut an another guide showed us a cave cenote. Again, another incredible swim experience. We swam here for about 20 mins while the others zip lined. Suddenly when the tour came back, the guide ran up to us and said we must gather our belongings as our shuttle was leaving. It was difficult to understand their words, but we hurried to the van. We were not given the opportunity to get the three cenotes tour which we paid for, nor had the opportunity to discuss any credit since we paid for a full tour that didn't happen. As we got into the van, people were complaining about food and where was the meal that was included in our tour. After driving for about 15 mins, the driver stopped at a roadside strip mall, where an outside restaurant served a small plate of fried chicken and rice.
The condition of the Kin-Ha 'huts' and property were very disappointing. There are horses tied to trees, stray cats running around, and zero customer service from the employees. No communication about what the tour entails, safety protocols, food, travel, etc. We feel totally ripped off from the whole experience. Was happy to see and swim in the cenotes but spent 6 hours with this 'tour' to swim less than 1 hour.

The cenote and atv was great. The zip line was disappointing as it was very short and you only get one turn. Additionally the instructors told us we could not bring our phones bc it was dangerous, and they would take pictures. This was a total lie! It was because they wanted to take pictures and then charge 60usd for them!!! A rip off, and now we don’t have any pictures! It was a fun day overall but would recommend looking into other cenotes who do the same thing as it may feel more like an adventure rather than a money making place, like this one. The people here were not so friendly either. If you do go make sure you sneak your phones in! You won’t regret it

Shame on those that wrote poor reviews, I booked and then found these ‘negative reviews’. Made me a wreck thinking I did the wrong thing! Nothing could be further from the truth.
We went today 6 April. It was very nice. The staff were great. The ATVs were ok (we drove fast enough albeit in a straight safe line, (but what do you expect free wheeling through the jungle?) and a fun way of getting to the second cenote with the high jumps and high zip lines to drop into the cenote. I would say the extra insurance was a waste but it is only $5 per person. You could skip the ATVs and get more time at the second cenote which is crazy with high jumps and zip line into the cenote. The picture aspect is a bit of a money grab but you can come back and jump in after the tour into the first cenote and take as many pictures as you would like. I actually like the memories and don’t really look at the pics anyway.
Overall I say go and have fun. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, they are fodder. Yes, pics are too expensive. Yes, the ATVs drive in a straight line. No the staff are not mean, No they don’t rip you off. Go have fun for all ages except this old dude who thinks he is 20 and jumped from too high. It was awesome.

Absolutely average... the two cenotes are ok, but no great. Staff discrimintate latin people over northamericans or europeans. Package said that included drinks and a meal, they only give only one mini soda and the main dish was three mini quesadillas, it was only a tiny snack not a meal. Food was regular. ATVs were already in a very bad state, they charge for an insurance fee which is not necessary but if something happens to the machine, which is already in a bad shape, you have to pay for any damage. The wont let you take any photos however they take some which will be sold to you very expensive and with poor qualiry. They ask for tips for everything they do, even when you already pay in advance for the service. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS, Kin ha is not worth your money or your time. Go somewhere else.

The cenotes themselves are amazing, which makes it even more unfortunate that the place is ran so poorly. Management is so rude. They have a strict “no pictures” policy so that they can take pictures of you and then charge exorbitant prices for them. They all but manhandle any cell phone/go pro away from you and force you to keep it in lockers. They also were in charge of our transportation and we had to wait over an hour to get a vehicle to go back to our hotel. All in all I would not go back again even though the cenotes are beautiful.

The two cenotes at Kin-Ha are gorgeous and so fun. The cenotes themselves were a high point of our trip. However, the operation is very poorly run. If you get the transportation they provide, you'll be waiting around for hours (we got our own taxi but talked to a lot of people there who were waiting). They say the tour is 4 hours but leave time for 6 hours because of all the waiting around in between things. When we were there two buses got stuck together on the thin road leading to the second cenote because they couldn't pass each other, and we waited a long time for them to figure out how to disentangle them (a walkie-talkie or a little organization would prevent problems like this). There was a lot of time spent waiting for other groups to catch up for figuring out who would go with whom or whatever.
Also it's true what everyone says about them trying to sell you expensive photos.
All of the guides were super nice, especially our guide Remy who was awesome, but the management of the place is just a mess.
Overall, great cenotes and if you're very patient you should definitely go because they're absolutely worth seeing. If not, head next door to Zapote which has gorgeous cenotes and is run way better IMO.

Think of a cave, open at the top, with a big, natural freshwater pond inside--that's what this denote is like. Swimming inside a cave draped with jungle plants was a unique experience. Facilities are clean and lockers are available with a refundable deposit. Best part was having the place to ourselves for half hour or so before a big tour group arrived around 10:30.
