The lighthouse sits on a huge rock connected to the mainland by a sandy spit of land. The views from the top of the rock are outstanding up and down the coast. It can be quite cold and windy on the rock. Bring warm coats/windbreakers...More

We loved the lighthouse tour! Do it, if you love history, great views, and a little adventure!!! Dress warm because it gets windy up there!!!!! It is a hike up the hill! Make sure to wear good tennis shoes and no flip flops.
