It’s a little hard to find. When you get to the end of the road and there is a dirt road running perpendicular, go straight and do not turn left or right, which was our mistake. The road is a little hidden, but once you’re looking for it, you can spot it. Cars will be parked up and down the hill of the dirt road leading down to the falls.

It’s hard for pictures to do it justice. It’s a great waterfall in a scenic little cove. We were there on a warm Saturday afternoon at low tide (about 2:15 PM) and, while there were people there (even a wedding party) it was not crowded, although it was much busier when we were leaving around 4:00 PM. Be careful driving up and down the little hill as the road is not very wide for 2 way traffic with cars parked along it.

There is no hiking involved. It is a very short walk from the car to the cove. You can check out when low tide is on the internet. Going during low tide just let’s you get closer to the falls but (I imagine) it’s still a great view even at high tide. It is not very muddy at low tide, mostly just rocky so wear good shoes and leave the flip flops in the car. Keep an eye on the little kids climbing in the slippery rocks, especially the green ones.

Bring you’re camera as you’ll want some pictures and selfies. There is a little viewing structure on a little rise (where the wedding party was gathered). We managed to spend 1.5 hours there although it is not very big. There were people sunning on the very small beach area and a couple of folks paddling around on their surf boards.

It was foggy when we first arrived but, thankfully, the fog quickly lifted. You can see right across the Bay of Fundy to Cumberland County.

You’re in the Annapolis Valley so there are any number of other activities to do but the closest ones are probably Blomindon Look Off and if you keep driving straight through Canning, you’ll get to Scot’s Bay (and the entrance to the hike to Cape Split) a short distance away.

Park and enjoy a short walk down to the water. Sit on rocky beach area or explore the water and rocks
Loved walk around here when the tide was out. Always plays with your mind seeing how much change happens in an hour

Would highly recomend a good pair of shoes to explore. Check daily tide schedule

This place is not on a map and there are no signs. Google maps does show it but if you are close to it, you don't get internet signal.

Drive down Paddy Beach road to the end. Worth the trouble.

This is a little out of the way but worth it if you are in the area at low tide; even better the clearer the sky. Nothing fancy but the dock, water, and views. If you want just a natural setting this is a place to go to see the natural beauty of this location. Stay a bit to watch the tide go out or come in.

I absolutely love this place. If you go when the tide is out, you can cross the river and bear witness to an amazing rock bridge formation!

Rainy day visit - good. Still can see quite a bit including Cape Split. Hard to find - my Garmin GPS does not have Baxter Harbour so here are the gps coords. N 45.23087, W 064.51453, No climbing over rocks to view falls. Albeit, some of the rocks are quite slippery.

A bit out of the way but well worth the trip. Make sure to go at low tide. You can walk on the ocean floor, check out the really neat rock formations and swim at the bottom of the waterfall. It's also a great place to have a camp fire and picnic. The walking is over rocks and a stream so it's not great for anyone with mobility issues. The rocks can also be very slippery so be careful. You can even get a great view of Cape Split in the distance. If you're heading towards Hall's Harbour, I definitely recommend stopping here. It's well worth the trip.

The tide was out and the falls were beautiful. Enjoyed the rock stacks. Just make sure that you watch the tide.
