This is a very good way to experience local culture. They sell & buy everything from clothes to animals, foods... But you should go with a local guide!

We visited this Bac Ha market with Vietnam Tonkin travel team. It's very well worth, lots things to see & experience. Local people with colorful traditional dress & clothes.They sell anything event buffaloes, cows, pigs, birds...it's interesting local culture if you want to learn!

Hello, The train goes from Hanoi to Lao Cai station. That is an 8 hour over night trip. Then a van will take you to Sapa. That is another hour or longer. The trip from Sapa to BacHa is 3 hours there and 3 hours back... More
