I spent an awful day of Sunday in Krakow, the city looked sorrow for losing its charm and peace, was crying of desperation being harassed by thousands of people crowding its streets, I didn’t like it, but the next day I left for the castles...More

Very nice place, beautifully restored castle located in the national park. Interesting exhibition of art and furniture, but unfortunately taking photos is forbidden. Good restaurant with moderate prices and tasty food. Nice place for a day out.
Very beautiful castle, and the whole territory of the park around the castle. Entrance ticket costs 10 zl, normal. For free you can see the park, great stones, inner garden, and you can go upstairs through restaurant to get to good view point. Highly recommend!

The most interesting thing inside (at least for me) is hidden gardens (it is not a park) nearby the wall. It is not possible to see from outside. Unfortunately, I don't know about the gates. In addition to the castle you can visit "Maczuga Herkulesa" which is very close to walk.
