An enjoyable spot for a hike

We often go here and do both long and shorter hikes in different seasons. It is somewhat hidden from the road. The nearby town of Flesherton on highway 10 makes a nice stop for a coffee or lunch. There are picnic tables at the Eugenia Falls entrance. You need to be prepared with proper footwear, water and snacks for hiking... More

Enjoyed traversing the Bruce Trail from Hoggs Falls to Eugenia Falls. This waterfall, although very tall, did not have a great deal of flow (the water is diverted to a hydro electric project according to plaques in the area.) A neat place to explore - very easy to access from the road for all. A large wall has been created... More

Eugenia falls is a great place to go for a hike. The trails are a short distance from the gravel parking lot. It is suggested that you wear sneakers if you want to go for a longer walk as the trail is rocky and root covered in some sections. If you go across the top off the falls you will... More

Eugenia Falls is a really pretty place with so much rock and trees that you feel like you are up north in the muskokas. It is a nice spot to go for a walk, have lunch and take some pictures but the falls alone do not have enough to offer to spend a whole day there. There is a trail... More

Eugenia Falls CA is one of my favorite places to hike. It has the highest waterfall in the Bruce-Grey county. The Bruce Trail goes through this area and takes you all the way to Hoggs Falls, about a 12 km. loop hike. One can see the spectacular surrounding area, going through the Escarpment. Be careful, though, since parts of the... More

Going down the Beaver valley, we stopped at the Conservation area to view the falls. There was not very much of a flow over it at this time of the year, but there was some. Since we were at the top of the escarpment there were some great views of the valley and great photo opportunities. There are a good... More

I've been here many times in the last 3 decades and it's always a nice stop on the way north. You have a very impressive view of a high waterfall and the steep valley it drops into. There is a good wall to protect fools and young children but beware that the cliff extends a long way from the parking... More

The falls themselves are very nice, you can have a short walk around them - follow the trail. You can also go on a longer hike as this is a part of the Bruce trail.

A few of us came here for a quick walk and view of the falls as a reason to get out for a while. Didn't see anything about a parking fee on any websites I had looked at before we left. Parking lot signs say $5 parking ticket can be bought through an app or website through your phone. Needless... More

Another great waterfall in the Bruce-Grey area. It was a great walk/hike and offered great scenery. The waterfalls themselves are very nice. Quite a few Locals and tourists. Pavilion on site and restrooms.
