started on with the animal show which was pretty entertaining. after the show, we went to queue for the wombat but was way too crowded. there was also a lot of flies when we visited at november. best to get a net to cover the face at the shop near the entrance. we gave up waiting for the wombats and... 2 adults traveling. We stopped at the park mostly to see kangaroos and koalas. Spent about 90 minutes total. They have "shows" throughout the day where they brings animals out for a closer look but the one we went to was so crowded that it took away from the experience so we continued our self-guided tour. You can actually pet... More

This was our first trip to Perth to visit family and we were taken here and so glad we were. Good range of animals and birds althogh some of the cages seemed to be emply. Particularly like the opportunity to meet and stroke a Koala. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the animals well looked after. This is... More

Very easy to find using the sat nav was a bit disappointed when getting our tickets as had vouchers from the what to do in Perth book but was told these were not accepted. Our plan B was that we had done the perth bus tour and were told if we presented our tour tickets we would get a discount... More

The day we went out to see the park was a glorious day about 24 degrees and sunny. Cafe was disappointing and selection wasn't very plentiful. There were a lot of flies around the Kangaroos and the smell was quite overpowering. Koalas were amazing and cute well worth the trip just to see them. We had a friend from New... More

This place is a great place for families with kids. There is an area for kangaroos where the kangaroos roam free and visitors can feed the kangaroos with the feeds that are provided in a bin. It is best to visit early in the morning when the kangaroos are hungry. There are several park rangers who will monitor and supervise... More

We had a fantastic day. Great collection of Australian animals and birds. I had family visiting from over seas and they thoroughly enjoyed it. I will be taking the grandchildren back! Very reasonable entrance price also friendly staff will take a photo of you with the koalas, and don't charge any extra for this like other places do.
