Beautiful Waterfall

This waterfall is very impressive and you can swim in its lagoon. The walk behind it is also fun to do. It can be quite crowded on holidays, so my advise is to go during the week.

This waterfall is beautiful and huge, it is beautiful but there is not a place to swim and it is very crowed, you can you go behind the waterfall and get wet and walk inside a little cave which you have to pay extra, after the 2 payments point you have to stop and pay to enter. For me the... More

Misol-ha is a nice quiet place not so turistic as Agua Azul. We went there with tour from Palenque, spent there about 30minutes, it was enough to see the place and take some pictures, than we continued to Agua Azul.

This is a very impressive waterfall. There is a rope that you can follow to cross the pool of water and get to some grutas on the opposite side

I enjoyed my stay here at these cascades. The place is much smaller than Agua Azul, not that spectaculous - but good for a relaxed time. Be careful: the roads to go there are quite winding.

If this is not on you trail i would not make a special ride here although it is beatifull. Look for a secret path that takes you up the waterfall,if you can find it.

This site is only about 15-20 min outside of Palenque. We caught a combi van from the main highway at the edge of town direct to the site for something like 30 pesos each. We visited on a Sunday the week before Easter (a popular time to vacation throughout Mexico for both Mexicans and foreigners) and it was very crowded.... More

The powerful falls are impressive to see and you can walk behind then and let yourself be splashed by the water. Swim at your own risk- and don't if you're not a strong swimmer. We've been told there have been drownings.

This is what you will find here: beautiful everywhere. This is a cascade around 2 or 3 floors tall. you can swim on the river, and you can walk below the cascade! The cascade outside is beatiful. The cascade inside is amazing! then the flora is like no other place. The leaf of a plant is mid my body, around... More
