A R Reflections River Cruises are a 6 hour ARTHUR RIVER eco-cruise through beautiful scenery into the heart of the Tarkine Wilderness. Pristine wilderness, waterfalls, platypus, native quoll, azure kingfishers and feeding of the white-bellied sea-eagles are just some of the highlights of this truly Tasmanian river cruise. Departing at 10.15 am and returning at 4.15 pm the river cruise is a must do experience whilst holidaying in Tasmania. The vessel has a full flybridge deck for maximum 360 degrees viewing and for taking great photo shots. A delicious lunch is served undercover in the rainforest at Warra Landing followed by a breathtaking rainforest walk to Warra Waterfalls. Warm clothing and suitable footwear is advisable to be worn. All food and beverages are provided on this River Cruise. River Cruises are closed for winter months June/July & August. Accommodation at Arthur River Holiday Units and River Cruise packages are available.

The peace of this unspoilt wilderness was something that I never thought I would be able to experience again as I now have to use a walker to get about. Getting on the boat was easy and the trip comfortable. The stop for lunch involved...More

Peaceful, relaxing cruise up the Arthur River, the commentary was good and the lunch and wine in the forest sufficient. Was a bit disturbed by the feeding of the wildlife with processed meats etc.
