It is like a popular place that the island tours stop for lunch, but there isn't really anything special about the beach itself.

The staff was nice. They had many different dishes but the taste was just average. The credit card machine was not working. It is very well located, just I'm front on the beach. They didn't charge us to use the sun beds.

I guess who placed the pictures at this attraction has some major photography skills!! This place actually os fisherman village and the beach is full of boats! It is usually the last stop for the people who do the Castellano natural pools ride! Don't waste...More

We went to Cova da Onca to eat the famous lobster. We arrived in a muddy snd stinking beach and had lobster in a very dirty restaurant. Of course the lobster was tasty but you need stomach to eat in such a location.

Maybe the best and fast service in the island. Didn't ordered the lobster - the main thing for everybody that stop into this restaurant - but in general, it's a good and fresh restaurant with nice service and right prices.
