Interesting visit to see the metal stag my partner remembers from her childhood. Lovely spot but needs managing better - lots of evidence of the evening activities that clearly take place here and have been mentioned by other reviewers.
lovely walk and you can chose the length of walk for your fitness. Not disability friendly for the walks as no wheelchair or surface access.
However lots of bird calls to hear so pleasant if you have reasonable hearing.

We passed through here during our Arbetorum walk from Lynford Hall. Nice area and good to see the 2 wooden Stags.
There is free parking, however, no toilet families as displayed on the walking map I'd downloaded fro the Internet. The site might need updating!
