There is a small entry fee, but it is well worth it for the views. There is an enclosed viewing platform, where the cafeteria is located, or an outside viewing platform accessed by a flight of stairs. There are panoramic views over the whole city...More

Vistied 21-July 3pm For those who remember this being called Telcom Tower then, it hasn't changed much. For those that have never been, then this is a great vantage point from which to take in Canberra, offering 360 degree views of the city and surrounds....More

I have been here many times when I come to Canberra but I think on a clear winters day is the best. Have a cuppa, and then walk around and take in all of Canberra. You will love it.

A little out of the way (not too far) but the windy drive is worth it to take a look at the spectacular scenery.

Pretty certain there is no bus service to the top of Black Mountain. Only way to get there without a car would be taxi or Uber. Some people do walk up to the top. sorry for the delay in responding.
