Every time I visit Canberra, I will go to Canberra Centre. This shopping centre is getting bigger with more varieties of shops and foods. There is a little shop selling seafood (and with hot food like fish and chips) which sell very good prawn.

Packed full of options to shop or eat this City Center packs a lot of options in just a block or two. In the span of 2-3 hours we shopped in the mall, shopped outside at an antique store, ate lunch then stopped for dessert....More

The Canberra Centre is obviously in a good central location. Parking is good with their lighting system and well priced. The shopping offerings are nothing special though, nothing you can't get at any Westfield.

This is one of the most beautiful and extensively laid out mall I have seen in Canberra. In the heart of the City's business district - it was not the usual mall in the suburb. While it has a Coles, Woolworths and Aldi, it has...More

Canberra centre dominates the area around the bus station and it links through to the route up to the war memorial. Outside it may look of little architectural interest but inside it is spacious and the range of shops and places to eat is pleasantly...More

The upmarket and otherwise smart Canberra Centre can be less than friendly in places, particularly if you are a sole female visitor. It is a busy place with not enough cafes, so the existing ones become hard pressed at times. The bathrooms deteriorate fairly rapidly....More

We were staying nearby during our visit to Canberra, and Canberra Centre was so handy and convenient for everything we needed. We only had to walk there to get anything that we needed. The hours are also great, and there are plenty of places to...More

Yes, Canberra Centre is tops. Featuring four of what I like to call Australia's "Big Six" major stores, plus Coles and ALDI supermarkets, the Dendy cinema complex and a range of shops comparable to many other Australian CBDs, it's well worth the moderate cost of...More

We used this attraction as our home base for a full days shopping/ activities. Shops are similar to most capital city shops but the are so many and eateries/ coffee shops everywhere. It was easy to get lost.
