Yes this is just a water jet and it is now working better than ever apparently. In the Canberra sun, in any season it captures the light and reflects an almost joyous celebration of the glory that is Canberra. But it's just one element of...More

What can you say... It's just a water jet that goes about 60 meters in the air. Don't make a special visit just to see it. However, take in a walk around the lake and into the arts precinct and make it a broader visit.

Pretty hard to rate the water jet by itself as a must see, after all it is only a jet of water. Take in the lake walk while you are there.

Great to see the jet working again. On our last trip it was out of action. My kids enjoyed looking out for it and going down to the park to watch it work. Good job getting working again. Thankyou!!

Lots of history and you can learn by just reading as you walk around. At the moment the pumps are out of order so the jet isn't working.

It's lovely when it's going but it's not and there is no definite time for when it will be back in action.

When I lived in Canberra it was great to see this water feature on the weekends. Alas this visit it wasn't working and I'm told by staff when it's finally repaired it will only work on "Special occasions". And that's a pity

The artificial water yet is an icon and can be seen far way. I think that this is the best attraction that Lake Burley Griffin has to offer; it certainly is an eye catcher.
