Spent the day with Steve. One of the most knowledgeable, informed and entertaining guides on the planet. Learned about the animals (of course) but also about the history, the flora, and lots of other things about Australia. Steve's personality and wit made the tour. Do not miss this one.

If you are after a small group wildlife adventure in a pristine environment, the Australian Wildlife 4WD Tour from Sydney is the trip for you. Ben, our guide and driver, skillfully shared his extensive knowledge, with the enthusiasm and passion he feels about the subject. He tailored the tour based on our interests. We like to hike. So up the... More

A friend and I booked two full day tours with Boutique - the Blue Mountains and the Hunter Valley wineries. We were dissatisfied with both tours. The tour guide was friendly but generally uninformed and prone to giving his opinion of issues which were not relevant to the tour eg. Climate change. Our guide also felt he needed to share... More

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you chose to travel with us on two occasions, but are very disappointed that we were unable to live up to your expectations across the two days. As part of our boutique tours, we encourage our tour guides to inject their own Australian flavour and personalities into each tour, based on... More

We spent a day with Dan on a private reserve to see the beautiful animals of Australia. We saw kangaroos, wombats, amazing birds, lizards, a platypus and many others but were unable to find the elusive koala. But we saw the others. We started at midday and returned around 11:00 p.m. We did hikes, ate lovely meals, enjoyed Dan's commentary... More

I'd love to give this tour a higher rating but what didn't work had a bigger impact than what did. We took a full day Blue Mountains tour. On the positive side, the tour was a small bus so you weren't stuck with 50 other people all day. The stops within the Blue Mountains were excellent, with great views, some... More

We are very sorry that your experience with the guide detracted from your otherwise enjoyable day in the Blue Mountains. Our guides are all very experienced and take pride in delivering a great day out for our guests every time, but it appears that during the very busy and hot period over summer that your guide lost some of their... Take it from me - if you are looking for a great Hunter Valley wine tour, then you could do a lot worse than go with this company if you get Steve as your guide. His friendly Aussie manner and banter is supplemented by great knowledge of wine and local history, which helps to make the two hour journey fly... More

Lunch in a place with good food very efficient service. Then arborigena s show and walk near the 3sisters. What i liked in this tour is that is very flexible because of... More

Small group tour was nice, but the tour its self wasn't so great. The bus drops you off at several viewing points for the Blue Mountains, but you don't get to do any real walking into the bush or any sort of hiking to see the mountains from different areas. The tour guide was somewhat rude to my mother and... More

Thank you for your feedback on your recent Blue Mountains tour. We are very pleased that you enjoyed the small group nature of the tour and the fantastic animals at Featherdale Wildlife Park. We apologise sincerely if you felt that your guide was somewhat rude as this was certainly not intended. All of our guides love sharing the Blue Mountains... More

Fabulous day, well-paced with a knowledgeable and friendly guide (we're talking about you Steve), whose enthusiasm and attention to detail helped bring together a bunch of strangers, whose only initial common denominator was sharing a bus on the day. Small groups are a bonus and by the end of the day, 14 of us were firm friends. Three vineyards and... More

Highly recommend the wildlife tour which we recently did with guide Cliff. It was a fantastic day. We had difficulty finding the animals initially but Cliff did not give up and we saw a koala, field of kangaroos, wombat, platypus plus more. Wonderfully well organised and our guide was incredibly informative on all sorts of subjects with a great sense... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
