Fast ferry is excellent - easy to locate where to board, fast smooth turnaround with newish boats being the norm - good value for money.

Friend & I took many photos of the Opera House & The Harbor Bridge. Nice breeze on a very hot, humid day. The waves were very concerning as the ferry picked up speed. It began to dip low into the water & you might get splashed with water a lot if you sit on the wrong side of ferry.

The ferries are clean , comfortable and very cheap. The trip to Manly was like a harbour cruise offering fantastic views of the harbour , bridge and opera house on the way back ( great photo opportunity but be prepared to find yourself some space!!) and also gave us great views of some of the stunning properties at the waters edge.... It was really fun to take the ferry our first night in Sydney to Manly Beach! Had a fun dinner with a beautiful sunset view on the beach, on the 2nd floor restaurant called Ribs and Beef. The shops closed at 5 which was fine with my husband. It was really a fun quaint area and I was really glad... More

I love the Manly Ferry and riding it just for the sake of the ride. However, the northern beaches offer spectacular views within a very short walking distance. I highly recommend the trip to Manly! Don't forget sunscreen!!!

Such a clean ferry. Has TVs, cafes, clean toilets and the air conditioning is spot on. The ferry runs dot on time. It does get crowded at the wharf but inside it's like everyone has disappeared. A big ferry!

Nice ride over, it is a tad longer (35 minutes) but it can be a real novelty trip for those who don't get to catch ferries often. Good to view the harbour from ferry was clean and seats comfortable, plus the WiFi was alright.
