An easy scenic walk that starts or ends at Bondi beach. One of the iconic walks done daily by both locals and tourists because of its ease and good coastal views. Good for people who want a relatively short walk with food available at each...More
We decided to take the bus to Coogee and walk back to Bondi beach. It is a bit of a hike but beautiful. There are lockers you can rent at Bondi beach. We didn't realize that until we were leaving. We preferred Manley Beach but...More
The views as you approach Sydney harbour by boat are so beautiful unlike most ports which look so industrial Sydney has miles of beautiful water front houses in tiny inlets as you approach the main harbour.
Then of course you go under the impressive bridge...More
If you get a chance do the Coogee to Bondi coastal walk. You will see Coogee, Gordons Bay, Swim at Clovelly (bring goggles lots of fish) Bronte, Tamarrama and then of course Bondi for a swim icecream/coffee.
Well worth it
This walk is a must to do for anyone visiting Sydney. You can do all or part of the walk and you’ll come across beautiful coves and bays, cliff formations, magnificent sandy beaches and delicious cafes. Good exercise - splendid views - fun time!
We walked from Bondi to Coogie and I'm glad we did, it starts off a little slow in Bondi because of all the people but then it thins out and become a nice undulating paved walk with beautiful beaches along the way and stunning views....More
I have done this walk without the sculptures by that's event and with the event as well and I can say is it is a well worth walk. You can take nice photos and a good exercise as well. As well as getting a tan
Very accessible by public transport, Coogee is the smaller, friendlier, more intimate version of Bondi Beach. Coogee is the only beach in the Eastern suburbs that does not have big waves, making it an excellent family beach. The Coogee Bay Hotel, located right across the beach, has one of the biggest beer gardens in Australia and plenty of entertainment every night of the week. Be on the lookout for celebrity
footballers! A little further south is Wylie’s Baths, offering sweeping 180 degree views over the Pacific Ocean, and it is perfect for a swim or a few laps. Plenty of dining choices surround the beach, including the famous fish and chips.

Hi, there were unfortunately stairs on parts of the walk, which makes it difficult to do the walk with a stroller. The temperature was almost a bit too warm for my family, but remember we are not used to that kind of heat, when it’s currently 5 degrees Celsius in Norway right now. But there were plenty of water stations on the walk which made it much easier. I hope this was to any help and sorry for the late reply.
