A cliff top coastal walk, the Bondi to Coogee walk extends for six km in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The walk features stunning views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. The beaches and parks offer a place to rest, swim or a chance to eat at one of the cafes, hotels, restaurants or takeaways. All beaches offer picnic shelters, electric barbecues, play areas, kiosks, toilets and change-rooms. The walk is not difficult, there are medium gradient paths and several staircases with occasional seating. It takes about two hours to complete the Bondi to Coogee Beach section of the walk and another hour and a half if you choose to continue to Maroubra.

Enjoyed a fantastic afternoon perambulating along this beautiful coastal walk. Would love to return and spend some time enjoying the various beaches dotted along this part of the NSW coast. Highly recommend that any visitors give a few hours of their time to this incredible walk.

It's impossible to tell you how long this walk is, because you will want to stop at every beach, chill and continue. Beautiful views, nice track, I recommend it. And if you don't feel like walking back, take the bus. ;)

We didn't make it to the end, as we were tired after hours in the waves at Bondi Beach. The views and photo ops are fantastic along the walk. Our 10 yo was thrilled to climb all over the rock formations.

Weather permitting, this is definitely one of those must activities while in Sydney. You can't beat the ocean views and the feeling of the salty wind in your face. It's a great pick-me-up. A few steep steep along the way, so either take it slow or prepare yourself for a bit of an effort. Comfy shoes help. If the 50min... More

A great day out! Walking next to open ocean was a lovely change from the city. Using the Opal app, we travelled by bus to Coogee. After an excellent coffee at the Coogee Pavilion, we walked the track to Bondi, stopping to swim several times along the way. Took the bus to Watsons Bay & returned to the city on... More

If you're at Coogee beach then this is a great walk to take! It's really well signposted from the beach in Coogee, and depending on your pace could take anything from an hour to even two if you really take your time and stop to take photos. We went at a reasonable pace but stopped for quite a few photos... More

First time walking this trek and we were not disappointed. The views while walking the path are amazing and make a perfect picture opportunity. The path has a small diversion at the moment through the cemetery as some of the path was damaged durning the storm in 2016 however walking through the cemetery is kind off cool and makes a... More
